This is as per their Ottawa checklist asking for originals and copies. but someone said it’s not needed. So None of the original is required? Self attested means, signed, is that correct?

Guys BLS Ottawa still accepting postal applications. I will send it tomorrow and might reach there by Monday. I don’t want to send and let my PP sit there not moving as I will travel in Jan. with what’s going on are they accepting/processing OCI or it’s stopped as well. Thanks

On OCI site, for Employment letter do I need to provide a letter from my employer or I just need a word file to create with my employment details and sign it? Bcoz the same is being asked by BLS too. Thanks

Thanks! Also my spouse is still Indian national so what do I select in “are you applying OCI on the basis of Indian spouse or spouse OCI card? Yes or No. it’s quite confusing.

While filling OCI application what does it mean by “Relation with the Root Indian” like father or grand father or great gf ? bcz all are Indians.
