I think if you wait until EG and BGC are done on the sponsorship, you'll be about a month or less away from PPR on spousal, so you may want to consider applying for TRV after SA, Medical, Biometrics.

You certainly can, but from what IRCC says you should wait for AOR to take advantage of the new family reunification measures which may significantly increase your odds of success. I would say maybe even wait for SA, Biometrics and Medical completed.

We applied May 30th for TRV and today June 9th eligibility on tracker went from In progress to Completed. BGC still in progress. No visa # or anything. Does anyone know if that's a good sign or if it does not really mean much?
