Per my GCMS notes, the application is just sitting there untouched. Eligibility recommended passed early Jan 2021 and no officer review in Jan or Feb.

ALL ABOUT GCMS - HOW TO ORDER, READ, & GENERAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Hi @legalfalcon and @caipsnotes, I got my GCMS notes today. Page 2 says eligibility passed but the notes at the end show “ready to finalize” by case processing agent and no “officer review” stamp. This was last updated on 11 January 2021. Notes are as of 26 Feb 2021. Is it possible for an...

Got an extremely generic reply to a web form I sent 24 days back. 30 days up and GCMS notes are still not here. How long can Covid be used as an excuse and why are IRCC still on reduced staff? What is the scientific proof behind closure of the border for over a year despite politicians’ requests...

COPR approved after March 18, 2020

So people who have pre 18 March 2020 COPR, those are expired. Post 18 March, expiring every day from now on. Canada seriously needs to tweak its border restrictions

Yes. This is a ghost update. You should order GCMS notes as web forms tend to have generic responses mostly.

Given that there have been no updates in my application since Dec 20 (also true for many people) it seems these applications are just being ignored and the so called 6 month timeline has been scrapped

Quite a few CEC’s from Sep and some from October 20 have. Current IRCC focus is on CEC processing

They came out with more than 10 no-program-specified draws last year. And they’ve picked up barely 10% of applications from last year other than CEC’s. They “invite” but don’t have the capacity to process except for CEC’s
