The person whose IMM5669 section 6d was filled wrongly shd represent the correct scan copy via the prinicipal applicant’s email.

Its ideal d prinicipal applicant uses the email address he registered with CIC to make this update. U can correct the first page n attach the scan copy alongside the mail. AVO'S EMAIL address is accraimmigration@international.gc.ca, but be ready to give them an updated physical copy at MR stage...
