Yes. I've sent a request mail for an update. But, I've sent on another email address, not on that one from which I got UE. The email address is "ircc.cio-brcd.ircc@cic.gc.ca". Should I send to on that email id from which I received UE?

No, I haven't sent it. As per guidelines mentioned in the UE, I haven't sent an email or a webform.

Though I have family (spouse, a child), I have applied for single, because when I had applied for PR that time my child was infant, a year old.
