Is there any chance BLS will take the OCI fee in cash, credit or debit in person? or it has to be bank draft?

This might be another silly question but how did you upload the exact same physical photo in the online application? This is what I read on the checklist: "Photograph uploaded online must be the same as the physical photograph pasted on your OCI application form"

we applied on Jan 26 2017 and got AOR Feb 23 2017. Med done in July 17. no updates so far through MyCIC or ECAS after medical pass.
