There's a website you have to do it from. Just google ATIP request Canada and you'll see it pop up.

It is sad, they seem to be the slowest office in the country. I understand the effects of the pandemic but it's like they have completely stopped working, and BC doesn't even have the highest number of cases; ridiculous.
