Hi, what is the email id that we can use to ask the status of our Passports? I am trying to call them from the past three days but it is not going through due to high volume.

Mine is the same as yours. My passport was delivered to them on july 25th. Since then there is no update. Getting concerned now as it will be three weeks tomorrow.

I hope so too. Although i don't know why some fedex people not letting us do that. we asked them multiple times but they didnot give us the option of putting a commercial invoice.

Hi.. Thanks for the detailed process. But i think i might have an issue now. I sent my passport on July 24th and it was delivdered on July 25th but the return envelope that i sent doesnot have a commerical invoice with it. Rest all is exactly same as you. Immigration papers with dollar 1 value...

But were you getting a response back from employers? I am a bit confused whether it will be useful applying or is it complete waste of time and one should only try when landed and physically present there?

My case is much more weird. I got PPR email on July 19th. On July 18 i sent ottawa an email checking for my VO. Today i have got an email from them saying 'My application is in progress and they don't know when it will be finalized' I have emailed them also that i already got the PPR yesterday.
