I have called FBI and they said that they can issue a duplicate copy if we don't receive the document in 3 weeks when mailed within US.

Do you see "Do Not Forward" marked on the envelope? I have the change of address confirmed with USPS for forwarding my mails. So just wanted to check if the FBI report mail has something marked as above in which case those would be returned to FBI.

Well, FBI doesn't work on Saturdays but USPS does. So, my application was delivered on Saturday and FBI would have sorted it on following Monday.

Did any one experience further delays than the normal processing for having updated new payment method other than the one with the actual application?

Do they charge $18 even if the fingerprints are illegible?

I have just now called FBI and they are currently processing mails delivered on 8/24/2017.
