If you can arrange for a reference letter from that company (2010) then it shouldnt be a problem :)

You should provide reference letters for all the years that you are acquiring CRS points. In your case, it will be 3-5 years as that gives you maximum marks. For the rest of the years you can provide offer letter, pay slips, promotion letter, relieving letter, etc. (all the possible documents...
