I dont think so, but let others confirm Just to add, I didnt submit the application. I stopped at the payment step and reapplied again on GCKey portal itself. Because I have seen people getting PPRs who have applied on GCkey portal after 7th April

Not required in the new portal, becuase you fill most of the information as answers to questions in the online form

As per this, it looks like you dont have to resubmit a new application unless situation has changed
