    I can't correct it, I do not have permission (access) to modify the problematic cells. The problem is from cells (P57, Q57, X57) from the August tab. Those cells are protected even for me. The Processing Time Comparison tab, simply refers to cells in the August tab.

    not all applicants are required to provide their fingerprints. If you did not receive a request, then you don't need to provide them.

    So, if you can access their application through ECAS, they got it even if you didn't receive their AOR. However, I don't understand why you can't access yours. Maybe a typo somewhere, you probably could call IRCC to figure it out.

    Normally ECAS is activated 24 hours after receiving the AOR. Are you able to login with the other members of your family?

    no, only if you get a request from CIC. Not all applicants are requested to provide fingerprints.

    ok, it's what I thought. Unless someone applies for urgent processing, it never switches yo in process the next day. 20-40 days after AOR is what is expected.
