It might be a long wait for you as I submitted mine on 20th August and its still in submitted status. I missed the cut off for the recent draw by only 2 points as my CRS is 470. But still, with the all program draws going on and off, having a PNP as a fallback option is better.

Same with me...though this is common and the website has a history of being down, usually on weekends. Check back on a weekday, it should be back up.

You only need to evaluate your diploma, not 10th or 12th. WES will evaluate it based on the transcripts sent from your institution. Whether its 3 or 4 years, you will probably be asked at the time your create your profile on their website.

I also have the same NOC code and I got NOI from Ontario on July 29. But my CRS score is 470. Your score of 440 might be ok, but if you can get it to 460 or higher, you will have much better chance of receiving NOI as out of 3 Tech draws till date this year, 2 of them had the CRS score range...

Do processing time for OINP HCP applications vary according to country of application? Does an application from USA get faster processing than the one from India? I know the OINP website says 60-90 days for all, but it might vary due to factors like geographic proximity, faster verification etc.

Yes for Human Capital Priorities Stream it needs the NOC code to fall under skill level 0, A or B. I didn't know what your NOC code is.

2172 is a NOC for which Ontario issues NOI in its Tech Draws. Increase your CRS score and you might receive NOI in the future. All the best! :)

You don't necessarily need job offer for OINP. It has a job offer stream but its Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream does not require a job offer.
