In July 2019 I applied for egyptian visa and got the reply on end of September with refusal. I did submitted my application by mail to Montreal consulate. My advice don't waste your time and money. Try another country. Good luck

Go and ask Ontario services they will tell you exactly as I said, if a refugees claiments had a work permit and working a full time job last six months they will be eligible for OHIP. By the way I just asked them two days ago for my friends and that was the answer.
