Hi! I'd just like to ask if they already for your passports and you already send it does it mean that you are already aproved or does it mean they will stamp it for the visa cause my my already send it i'd just like to ask :)

We are applying for family visa.. but my father has no passport anyways he wont come with us to canada... do we need to provide passport for him even if he wont come to canada?? cause he is required to have the medicals too...
