HI Ana, Thanks for the reply! i don't have mail forwarding. I'm planning to check with CIC within 3 weeks to see if the card was returned. I suspect so because my address says 'Toronto' instead of 'North York' now of course North york is in toronto. They should go by street address,post code...

I just called CIC for something..they said servers are down and they can't look up anything may be its the same issue .... Fyi, Guys call freaking 'North York' as North York or any sub-urban and not as Toronto..Looks like mine was sent back to Cic because Canada post guy is too dumb to know...

My PR Card approved and mailed out on March 18th as per Status. Its 23rd today and i still didn't get it. I see almost everyone who has approved date March 18th got their cards. Something to worry ? Looking at the trend it seems uncommon..where does it get sent from Nova scotia or from elsewhere...

Hello..I linked my PR card to CIC(although it doesn't let me add dependents)..Landed on Feb 11th, today i see 'profile updated/' kind of ghost update and has no messages or anything,..what does this mean ? Please drop an answer..i'm anxious !!

OMG. i live in USA and planning to do the same as well.hope you get the cards asap. may be you should call and let them know the card is missing and they will suggest a route out of it. also, there is some application you can go for...which is equivalent to PR card to enter canada.Keep me posted...
