During oath ceremony, you can mention your situation to the judge and ask for e-certificate. They might ask for a proof of your travel.

As part oath, you have to cut the PR card. So you have to manage to get your Canadian passport or travel document from where you are to come back in Canada.

I think that should not cause a big problem. In my case, I forgot to write the clerk's initials completely. But the application is marked as complete after 15 days and am expecting the certificates to be delivered in a day or 2. Many other here experienced the same thing. So don't be stressed.
