You can call the automated line, 1 888 242 2100, select Option 1, 1 then enter your file number and principal applicant's year of birth. Then select option 2 and then Option 3. Automated system should be able tell you all the notes on your file. I tried that option yesterday as I was not sure...

Vent of the day...Frustrating.....Sydney Nova Scotia request police clearance, husband completed it on October 29, 2018 9(had 60 day window to complete it). November 30th file was transferred to SYDNEY Australia. Husband confirmed with police on Dec 2nd, they stated police clearance was emailed...

ah ok. I just wanted to check, usually medical is done first before file transfer. Looks like both of our files are transferred before medical.

With the current backlog it usually takes any where from 3-4 months before you here anything back. I am a July 9th applicant and I received AOR on October 26th. Hang tight and be patient.

If you have requested email communication, please ask your principal applicant to check their email including junk folder. They will send further requests directly to them. Or if regular mail was requested, they will mail out request. Hope this helps.

This is considered as AOR now. My husband got the same request for police request. If you use online tool, should be able to see the progress there.
