Here's a suggestion- Try a different country dude. You clearly state that the processing is somehow unfair and that you've been denied the permit for no strong reason. Meeting the requirements and Uploading the documents correctly doesn't guarantee anything.

Everyone has their own answer mate. But the fact is that no one can answer it exactly. And even if they did, it would just be a coincidence. It took me 17 days, but I've been waiting for almost an year. There are applicants who received it in November but still haven't gotten their OPRs

BVL - Biometrics Validity Letter - A letter/document that confirms that you're biometrics have been registered and are valid for upto 10 years. OPR - Original Passport Request - A letter saying that I need to submit my passport for the Embassy to attach a sticker. In short, it's a relief letter.

Don't mind me saying this but 18 Nov is not that much of a time. But since it's now a complete file, all I can say is to order a GCMS Notes. It's the only document that'll bring you peace.

We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. I think this is a standard one until I receive the passport back. But I've seen cases where it has remained the same even an year after the decision has been made.
