Hey, your frustrations are understandable :(. But, i think ircc is processing CEC applications faster and outland applications might see some delay due to this covid. But, try calling them and ask for status. So, you will get to know at what stage your application is at.

Lots of people who had bg status "we are processing" received copr. So, it doesn't matter which status bg is. To know, what's happening related to application, best is to call ircc and ask for updates or order gcms notes or submit a webform.

My thought is after the first bg update it takes around 45-50 days to become "processing" as we both had those many days for the change to happen.
