strange! i think the options before need to be recheck so that you can get this one. i also have submitted my application for post doc on the 13th of november 2019

are these only the options that you find ? you need to choose the one with (Other, work permit lmia exempt)

Hi DjonnyMc, I think you should start counting the period from the time they received your biometrics. They also note this on the website, saying that the time is counted when we received a COMPLETE APPLICATION which means it includes biometrics.
