I called IRCC last week and everything is passed except my security check. The agent told me that they are waiting for one item on my security check and then my application should be finalized! but now I have received the ADR! Kind of annoying! :-(

I received a letter with regards to PCC today and they didn't request any PCC from Canada just other countries that I visited for longer than 6 month. So I would say you probably won't need it.
