Applied Dec 13th got call for medicals Jan 8th and did my medicals 11th and 3days late it was updated as Passed since then till now no update too

Not university it Seneca college (international business) already started Jan 12th... got my first degree here in nigeria mass communication... all what I used for the application was just payment of two semester school fee and account statement. I didn't show any tie to my home country....

I am an applicant from Nigeria,i submitted my application 13th December 2015 and got call for Medicals on 8th January i did the medicals on 11th and 3 days later my status was updated as "Passed" since then no reply... please anyone knows how long it takes to get passport request after...
