I think primary applicant (PA) should receive PPR for dependents in his GC key account. Did PA confirmed that dependents are outlands while replying to portal email ? If yes, PA should reply on the same email asking about PPR for dependents. Also, can I know your stream, AOR and VO ?

I think they are correct as medicals have a validity of 12 months. Also, is your spouse outland ? What's your AOR and VO ?

IRCC is slow in responding as compared to CBSA, but it seems in your case they were quick.

What's your VO ? What are the statuses for Medicals and BG in your portal ? The last GU for me was on Mar 14th when the medicals were passed.

I was able to connect to an agent after the medical update. The status is same for my file, BG check isn't started yet, everything else is passed.

No updates after that. :(

I just got that same update too, medicals passed today. BG still not started. Can anyone suggest as how much time it usually takes after medicals are passed ?
