Any idea how long does it take to finalize the application after all stages are passed? Just got off with an IRCC agent and she told me all stages passed, just waiting to be finalized. Hopefully it does not take a lot of time.

I am in the exact same position as you. Assigned to the same officer. Eligibility pass, security in progress, criminality not started. AOR 4 June BIL 22 July, Bio 30th NOV. got GCMS notes on 8th. They haven't worked on my application since 18th Sept. I am so frustrated at this point, don't know...

I feel your frustration. I wonder whats going on with them that they are taking so long to process applications and people who submitted theirs after us are getting it. Makes no sense at all.
