Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

Hello mate, it shouldn't create any problem as long as your current intention is to stay outside of Quebec. However, based on your previous application, you may be asked to prove your intent and you should be prepared for it. By the way, if I may ask, why your student visa was denied? Aren't...

Also, my commitment with employer is not going to over as my job is permanent and full time, that's why they are pursuing LMIA and CAQ (Certificate of Acceptance from Quebec). CAQ is submitted to Quebec ministry. However, LMIA is approved by service Canada which has all the details of location...

Thanks much. I hope you're well now and all set for your post ITA phase. :)

You'll have an email waiting in your inbox or just check your messages section in express entry profile. However, at your CRS, I won't worry about NOI as you'll get direct ITA in next draw. All the best.

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

My dear mate, I wish I could do that. I have explored too much about Canadian immigration lately. I even know how to apply for PR card once you land there. :p Unfortunately, very first condition of Express entry aspirant is the intention to live out of Quebec. Hence outland, inland, CEC...

Normally Ontario distributes nomination a day or two before draw. That's why we are forecasting for an imminent draw on Wednesday.

You're right, I think a lot sometimes. However, I feel much happier now. People here are so helpful and generous. I wish to be sailing with all of you here and see you all in Canada in person. :)

I heard Montreal is not expensive. First thing I'm going to do after landing is to buy Chrysler 300 SRT8. :p

Well, I would if I could but considering you already have your ITA, I might just pass it to someone else. :D I follow this group daily even though I don't speak much. ;)

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

Thanks dear. I had already accepted the offer 2 months back but I wasn't aware of this back then. I'll have to work for my future employer for at least a year or I'll have to pay them CAD 3200 as they are processing all the immigration formalities. Plus, it seems, according to Quebec...

That's what I thought. Anyway, whatever I'm destined to. I accept Quebec if that's what it is. I wish I had an option to delegate my ITA. :)

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

I was thinking too much and explored multiple options to retain ITA and pursue express entry route. CIC asks for my intentions to live out of Quebec but they don't say if I should work out of Quebec too. I googled and found a place called Cornwall in Ontario which is like 1.30 hours one way...

You're right. I can stay anywhere being a permanent citizen but route to being one has to be Quebec skilled worker now. Indeed CSQ takes ages and post CSQ is another nightmare which is Federal stage.

Buddy, Quebec has different program. It is extremely slow than EE. In order to be eligible for FSW inland, I will have to find another employer out of Quebec.

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

Thanks Harry for nice words but QSW route is very slow compared to express entry. If I had ITA in next couple of draws, I would have believed to receive PPR by Jan/Feb next year but now pursuing Quebec skilled worker program is like a walking turtle. CSQ itself takes 6 months and another 10...

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

It's because I have a job offer from employer in Montreal and they have filed LMIA and CAQ application on my behalf which should be approved in 2 months and then they will be submitting work permit application to Canadian high commission in London. I spoke to a lawyer in Canada and she advised...

Ray of Hope - 70th Draw!

I'm utterly upset today as it seems I can't apply for PR via express entry. I'll have to decline that golden ITA when I receive one. :(:(:(

I guess, I will have my reference letter changed to avoid hassles. I copied few points from CIC website and added some of mine. Btw, welcome back. :)
