Are you sure your status is the recent application and not any old one? did you check the dates after clicking on each status? I am just saying that because i have my old application in ecas...just to be sure as your case is unique it seems :)

That a citizen can tell as I am not ;) But I believe you should still have UCI? UCI - This eight or ten digit number appears on all documents you get from CIC. It looks like this: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000.

For Ecas, You can use your UCI number or PR Card number or Citizenship Group/FIle number. I don't have family name in my passport, so i use my full name in Family name field and it works! I hope I am able to help :)

Hello, I have a question: I applied for my parents in 2017 and my application was rejected, i have applied again this year. If i check my ecas status, it shows my previous application. My question is how would i be able to see the status of my new application whenever it will be updated? Thanks!
