Congrats !!! but what i see here is that they want to see your Entry and Exit stamps.... they don't want your new passport.... is there anyway u can have your tickets and boarding passes ? I just want to add here that if you have everything with you... your wife will get PPR within 2-3 months...

yes plz don't take any chances.... just get the flight that has transit only at Abu Dhabi Or Dubai... or may be go with PIA direct. No point taking chances at US airport.... I am not sure if travel agent will refund ticket... but don't worry about few thousand rupees its not worth the risk.

After PPR , does the e-case always get updated first and then people get the PP or some people got their PP back without status being changed online ?

what email address you are using ? may be u r copying-paste the email address which in turn copies some invalid characters sometimes.. try typing the email address ...
