Guys my wife application just got to Decesion made in ecas...but nothing is being updated in gckey account....any idea how long it takes for the to reflect that in gckey and when can I expect any kinda passport request?

Hi Guys, I applied super visa for my mother with new passport. she got her super visa but not for whole duration and only for 3.5 years. Any idea what is this dependent on as to why she didn't get super visa for the whole time 9 years available ?

So i should ask my mother to go back tomorrow and ask them to return the file as we don't want to apply? as i believe this will get the file rejected and i dont want a rejection of visit visa ! Kindly advise!
