I receievd the generic email on June 5th and no specific email for PCC request.

My parents are here on Super visa for 2 years now and in the past 10 years they have stayed here on and off for more than a year and I didn't provide PCC for their stay in Canada. I called CIC call agent and they suggested the same.

Same with me. I received the 'Pre Arrival services ' email in my CIC acct today. Then I checked the ECAS and it shows 'Decision made' but I haven't recvd any email.

Call CIC and ask them if they received the documents. I called them today and they said they have received the documents and they are on file.
