Hi Shirley, in your gckey click "Check Status and Messages" and then look for "View Submitted Application" click that and you will see an upload button for Sched A/PCC. If you dont have upload button, what others did was sent it thru webform and mail.

Maybe they just need additional proof of relationship besides those you submitted. What type of application do you have, spousal or common law?

Check your gckey if you have a message and look for upload button for sched a and pcc.

According to some applicants, second line will update on ecas once started processing in VO. Usually says "We started processing your application on xxxxxxx."
