The online tool ECAS shows in process since the beginning. Only the account says sometime in process and other time in progress I think.

In General as you already passed 12 months period (I'm not sure about Quebec as you mentioned in other thread), I think now you can send them an enquiry through the website. All the best

You mean you sent your application two times? Or when you sent it it was incomplete and they sent it back to you asking you to send it later for a second time?

Application received May 2019 Sydney, Start processing July, Biometrics submitted July. Medicals October. Current status Medicals received in October. We are all around the same period of time time. I hope everybody will be with their family soon.
