Did you take the CBT or PBT test? Just like you, I had imagined getting a minimum of 8 from my writing band only to see 6.5

Have you heard of anyone get an increase from 6.5 to 7 that took the computer based test?

My current CRS with LRWS 8.5,9,6.5,8 is 388, if my writing score changes to 7 it will be 445.

I just got my ielts CBT result online L 8.5 R 9 W 6.5 S 8 I am quite confident I did quite well in my writing band to score atleast a 7.5 But I have read online that my score would have been remarked by two examiners here to conclude on my band. Should I give remark a try?
