Thats exactly what I am saying mate, there are people listed in the spreadsheet of 2013, who did not get PER(positive eligibility review) after their CC/ DD were charged. Getting CC/DD charged does not guarantee PER.

Check the 2013 spreadsheet under the rejection tab and you would find few people getting rejected after CC/DD charged.
