I don't think my AOR says anything about the office, except Case Processing Centre - Sydney I think every application has to go through Sydney first, then gets distributed to other offices, right?

Yes, I have registered here and it says "in progress". But I think the "in progress" on the excel sheet is referring to the ECAS system, which is not available to me yet (see the comments on page 10)
