You can tell from the email address. From what I know, KIT means Kitchener, SCR for Scarborough, and NGF is Niagara Fall.

Super surprising that Scarborough office replied me just now (9:50PM Saturday), saying that my application is at the Kitchener office, and they recommend me to email the IRCC Kitchener instead. Seem like some nice people are running the mail box.

Yes, that's what I feel. I have tried to email them before, but they replied that that email inbox does not process the request. I called IRCC today, and they told me to email that local office again. Hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Alright, same situation here then. I got a reply from them saying that email address does not process this kinda request. Sigh

I am not trying to reschedule. I am trying to ask them for a ceremony. I am just tired of the wait.o_O

it doesn’t work for me. I got a reply from them, not automatic reply, saying that inbox doesn’t respond to inquiries and asking me contact call centre. Sigh

I got this one, because I used an old driver's licence which has a different address as the one on record. But they let me pass after explaining to them and sending a a copy of the updated driver's licence.

End of Wednesday, but no reply so far. I have sent a second email with similar content. This is exhausting
