    COPR and coronavirus

Could be any length of time, I believe that status remains from when they start processing your application right up to when you are approved. Sadly express entry online accounts don't give much in the way of updates.

Ircc asked additional documents but no option to upload documents

Hi, 3 weeks is normal. Ours took 3 weeks and a few days. I believe that IRCC states to wait 30 days before contacting them because this is their usual processing time.

    To all members

IRCC doesn't process anything quickly, no need to worry. It will just take a little longer.

    Morden

Only you can answer that question. It depends on what services, characteristics etc are important to you and your family. For example if you have children, there are good schools here and the low crime rate is safe for raising a family. Morden has other services such as a recreation center with...

Expired CoPR issued after March 18th 2020 share your status here

Usually it changes to approved before you get your COPR. I wouldn't worry about it though. As long as you have your COPR that's all that matters. Congrats!

    Optional Document not visible

I attached it to a webform also and IRCC said they would pass it on. I presume it went through ok as I now have PR. If you are in the same situation you should probably send it with a webform also.

    No, was never asked to.

    COPR and coronavirus

Best case scenario is they they do extend your COPR but you would still be waiting for months not knowing and at the back of the queue. I would think that IRCC will not consider work related reasons as a valid excuse for not landing earlier. I believe they will only extend your COPR if you...

    COPR and coronavirus

The ArriveCan app we filled in before hand, we had to register every person travelling. They checked before we flew and on landing. Our children weren't vaccinated and had we had to fill in the ArriveCan app every day of the quarantine. We had no goods to follow and the form wasn't asked for.

    COPR and coronavirus

Similar happened to me when I sent mine to the London VAC they just sent it on to the IRCC location at the local embassy and it arrived there the next day. You will probably get a tracking email very soon saying it's arrived.

I'm vaccinated, however my children are not we all got our COPRs. I agree with my friends here, vaccination isn't a factor.

Re-issue of Expired COPR & Visa

Probably won't be needed, I read somewhere that you were supposed to do one so I filled in a 'bsf186a' form just in case.

Re-issue of Expired COPR & Visa

Those documents should be ok for proof of funds. I believe flights have resumed from India and just a PCR test is needed before flying. Best to check with government website.

Re-issue of Expired COPR & Visa

I landed recently. At Calgary all they checked was our passports and COPRs. I was prepared with proof of funds, goods to follow list and quarantine plan... They checked none of these. I expect that what documents checked will vary on the country you are coming from and the airport that you land...

Re-issue of Expired COPR & Visa

    COPR and coronavirus

You meet with immigration at your first landing, so either Toronto or Vancouver. Your COPR will be signed before your onward flight.
