Just upload the letter that you were invited under CEC, dont confuse them with extra paperwork. I did that and got approved.

Hey so my picture got approved by my spouse's is still under review, both uploaded same day. Has anyone had this? (We both got ecoprs one month ago) edit: nvm, second one got approved one hour after.

actually being from a visa excempt country doesnt matter if you are a PR -- if youre a PR you can only enter canada with a PR card or a PRTD

Is it a renewal within canada? The actual study permit is issued at the border when you land in canada. All she gets when applying is the visa (trv) if needed and a port of entry letter
