Hi all, This is getting frustrating, while others have already received their LOA, we still haven't received ours. it's already 23 days now since "Assessment Complete". Is there anybody else who has the same case? What should we do now? Do we need to email them now? And if so, which email add?

Hi all, I am a constant reader. This is in behalf of my sister's application. Her status is "APPLICATION COMPLETE" just today october 22 2015. We'd like to know, having status APPLICATION COMPLETE means more chance of approval and slimmer chance of refusal? Thanks in advance guys!
