I'm not sure, i believe there won't be any changes in fees schedule. If they do, they can reduce something like 1000 dollars of student services (SPSA). BTW, where are you from? which course did you apply for ?

I'm not sure what they will do. I'd suggest you to ask your questions by emailing them. Maybe You're on waiting list because of the current situation. Anyway, keep yourself open for Jan 2021. September 2020 looks a little difficult to pursue.
