Anyone’s status is waiting for transcripts even though when there docs are delivered ❓

Hi please help here anyone , I had sent my transcripts in December which reached than on 4 jan , yesterday I saw my status changed from submitted to pending stating reason ‘’waiting for transcripts’’ . After waiting for 2 months they are saying waiting for transcripts..... how is it possible

I created on 8 the dec and my docs were delivered to them on 4 th January. Still it’s showing submitted....... what is your timeline brother ❓

Could you please tell me after how much time does submitted status changes to in line processing. My docs were received by them as check by my delivery guy was 4 jan .. Please let me know as I can’t see any option other than waiting for months

Nope I couldn’t see waiting for transcripts when I opened portal it was written submitted already.... can you suggest till what month I may get eca as per current circumstances.......

I payed on 8th December and my documents were delivered on 4th jan . Still in portal it’s showing submitted. There is no update regarding my docs that have they received or not . please tell I’m really terrified will they even start or not
