Okay I will lawyer up. Following up with MP's office won't do anything in this case then. I was asked for IMM 5475, their own form for immigration cases, and a copy of valid passport. Without these three documents, they do not help anyone, no exceptions I was told.

It's been a month since I asked for the urgent processing. The online agent has forwarded my request to the local office. How long does it take the local office to acknowledge? My file hasn't been touched since May, when they cancelled my citizenship test for no reason.
