Finally got the biometric call from Service Canada! The phone number showed up as unknown. I missed a call in the morning, and they left a message that they will call back again in afternoon or tomorrow. They called me again in the afternoon. Fyi, I got BIL at March 11th. My location is Vancouver.

I'm 100 sure I saw someone in North Van got a call in this thread. :( Sadly, I'm also in Vancouver but I didn't get call yet.(Got BIL in March 11) I assume they are calling people but maybe it's extremely slow cause probably Vancouver has a high volume than small cities.

Information you need to give the Service Canada officer When the Service Canada officer calls, they’ll ask you to confirm your IRCC application number (found on your BIL) preferred appointment time and Service Canada Centre location Let's get ready for it!

I just called ircc. Like hithere123 said, they mentioned that they will contact pr applicants for appointment of biometrics. It sounds like they will give us an email or mail... Hope this means we are getting close to the goal.

I think you would not have to worry about it for now. CIC's information on the biometrics collection has changed. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/where-to-give-biometrics.asp Previously they mentioned about 90 days, but they deleted that part a few days ago. You don’t have to give...
