I received my GCMS notes and Notes 1: Text says "Ready for approval". However, my security page has s15(1) in the right corner. What do I infer from this? Eligibility passed, criminality passed.

The tracking bar is just for the sake of it. It does not tell you anything. And you won't get to know what stage you are in unless you raise a webform or request GCMS notes.

Someone else also updated on MyImmiTracker that he got COPR directly to his email. He is FSW-O from USA.

They started issuing PPR and COPR for FSW-O applicants NOV AOR yesterday and today. Did anyone here get COPR recently?

It doesn't work like that I guess. WES asks for both the documents and they evaluate both. At least that's how it worked for me. They might ask only for Master's degree transcripts if you had undergrad degree from US as well. I'm not sure though. As far as I know, you need to send both and they...
