    Dear All, Do you have any idea what i should do if i am accepted as refugee but my american citizen son is rejected.Do i need to appeal for him? Or i will apply PR and include him on the application? Do i need to cancel his refugee application? Please advice thank you so much in advance

    Unfortunately on September 22 @ 7pm they send cancellation letter to my lawyer..The hearing was cancelled due to administrattive reason.They say they will send new date ..‍♀️‍♀️ When? Nobody knows!!! all i need to do now is wait again for the next schedule

    Heres my Timeline: Submit BOC with legal aid lawyer:May 2021 Medical :July 2021 Interview and passport seized: October 2021 Working Permit received : November 2021 First hearing (they posponed) :April 2022 2nd hearing: September 23,2022 i hope iy went well this friday How about you?
