I got my application back in mail today (previously delivered on Feb 17) as expected due to missing ID for my child. I just returned it today, anyone know if the application has any sort of priority as it already got some work/ review from the case processor, or it will be treated as new...

When was it delivered? Child only required pr card, birth cert, what else is it required?

It looks like feb paper applicants start getting AOR.
