    Just signed on and saw application updated in my profile but there was no update inside. Does anyone know what it could mean? Everything except criminality in my application is passed according to my GCMS notes.

    Just gave my biometrics but the same thing happened with me they said there record doesn’t show I have an appointment so I explained them what happened and they kindly took me in. Hopefully it gets updated soon in my profile.

    I think you should call them and ask. generally they don’t update anything on the account unless everything has been passes. Mine shows the same thing but I have confirmed multiple times that everything expect biometrics is passed.
