on that info page u can see next to Singapore RPC*** and scroll down the bottom of the page there u will find the detail. yes several visa offices are now working to process middle east applications..

Thanks for the good news hope. But we should also be informed that the number increased cause SGV is also working for the Damascus Visa office ( Which was recently closed and worked for middle east). But as Deva bhai said... hope .....
