I applied April and that time LICO was $57000 for 2022 but they changed rules after May to $57900 and refused saying mom not meet the LICO. Our CRA tax assessment was $57500 time of application and we were eligible but they changed and refused. I don’t think they will understand or reconsider...

I am really concerned how qualified someone look at our file. My family income is more than that for total of 5 persons. Even my mom already visited Canada before. What a mistake and frustrating after waiting for long time.

Unfortunately they made mistakes to look at income even though we submitted cra notice of assessment. Refusal letter says we don’t meet the income requirements which is not true. Hoping your support what should I do now? Thanks

Yes that’s mean congratulations for her! Now just wait for passport request… My mom applied from Bangladesh and she already got super visa before and visited Canada 2018 which expired. She applied again 2nd time. Please update & good luck
