Kindly ignore it, i think its just a bug in the system. I have had this status for the past 3 months or maybe even longer. If they really require your action they will send you a message explaining what they need you to.

As for me, i think CIC checks your CSQ, medicals, criminality , security background and other info and documents provided in your application. Once there is no issue and all is good, your eligibility is given a pass, hence your application is approved.
